The 4P's have been designing websites for small businesses since September 1999. Whilst this may not sound like a very long period the projects we have completed for our clients does the job for which it was intended. Our experience covers business accumen, marketing skills, IT skills and colour/design skills, which means that we do not only concentrate on one area. After all a website should only be another marketing tool that can be used to increase your sales.

After the initial free consultation, we agree to work together and a full website brief is prepared. Without giving too much away it provides details on your customers; business; products/services; colours; fonts; branding; and other information to be the blueprint for your project.

Once work has commenced the work-in-progress site is able to be viewed, by you, over the internet and an up-to-date time/cost advise is emailed at the end of the day. This way you get to provide instant feedback on the progress of the website and you will know exactly how much the site will cost. Flexibility is key to our success and we have discovered that our clients appreciate being kept informed and in control. After all it is your money you are spending.

Even though our costs are charged on an hourly basis, it still doesn't mean that you will be charged excessively. Naturally, each website is different and during the initial consultation a cost estimate will be provided, or just advise us what budget you have allocated. For example one of the websites mentioned above was on the Internet for a total cost of $A298.

Don't forget that the intial consultation is free (mainly to ensure that we are able to provide the service you are looking for), and we come to you (providing you are loctaed within the Sydney metropolitan area). However, with technology the way it is anything is your location does not matter.
